Cardio Recovery
OMG now this is something I can handle. Recovery day! So much stretching and leg work, my thighs kinda soreee. I am not gonna stop, even though I sorta took a few days off after day 2, but I will NOT quit. I want to see those results I will be getting on day 60, only 1/15th of the way there!
Results:
Switch Kicks: 64 (one kick both sides = 1 rep counted)

Power Knees: 88
Power Jumps: 43
Globe jumps?: 8
Suicide Jumps: 15
Pushup Jacks: 28
Low Plank Oblique: 35
